Quotes and scheduling
A request on this website is not a booking. Work is scheduled only after the office sends a quote and you confirm it. Quotes describe the scope, price, and time window.
Changes on site
If the work differs from the quote, the technician pauses and the office contacts you before continuing. Additional work is charged only with your approval.
Scope limits
We do not perform work that requires a licensed trade or a permit in your jurisdiction. Where we decline, we will say so.
Payment and cancellations
Payment terms and any cancellation charge are stated in your quote confirmation.
